The Vicidial Group's SMB (Small to Medium Business) line of certified VICIDIAL hardware are made with high quality rack mountable SuperMirco cases. They come with server grade processors, ECC RAM, and enterprise class serial ATA harddrives. The hardware is specifically designed to handle as many as five hundred agents in a single dialing cluster. The SMB line includes, several different database servers, dialing engines, webservers, and archival solutions. All SMB systems come with VICIDIAL preinstalled. We preconfigure the systems as much as possible for your environment before shipping them out to your location. This is to ensure as much of a turn key solution as possible.
